Charming stay in the heart

Located in the heart of Pollenca, the hotel offers a tranquil atmosphere and excellent local artwork. The breakfast choices were diverse, with delicious freshly made omelettes, setting a great tone for the day.

Be mindful of limited parking options, especially if driving in during peak seasons. The dining experience could be improved due to occasional delays in service.

Helpful staff, good breakfasts. As we had to check out very early,when we settled the bill the night before, we were offered filled rolls to be left in the cooler behind the bar, and to help ourselves to juices etc to take with us.

No tea/cofee making facilities in room. No info in room about anything - copy of menus, map of town, how to use TV/computer etc would have been useful. Our room overlooked the square and very noisy as we prefer windows open to AC.

It was a small hotel and therefore the staff knew everyone staying. Staff very friendly and pleasant. Clean and basic hotel.

Small swimming pool would have been perfect.

The check-in process was unnecessarily long and tedious. I had to wait over 15 minutes despite there being no one else in line. The restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed, resulting in delayed service for both food and beverages during dinner.

The double room room was included with a balcony and full view plus design over function. The breakfast offered a wide range of freshly made meals;))

A very small, friendly hotel with excellent staff. I had a lovely room and the breakfast was great.

Found a super cute vibe from the staff, especially when they offered complimentary fizz on arrival, really set the tone.

Some things in the bathroom could be improved (e.g. water tap, toilet flush stuck at "eco"). Advertised WLAN unavailable in most of the building, including the room.

The hotel had a good boutique vibe in the heart of Pollença. My favorite part? The fantastic staff. They were super kind and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was great, with delicious, locally sourced ingredients. My room felt beautiful, albeit a bit small, but I enjoyed the beautiful decor. The room lacked tea-making facilities and a kettle, which would have been handy. The rooftop terrace closed earlier than I expected. Despite that, the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, even being centrally located. The cleaning standards impressed me. This hotel has charm but could enhance guest amenities.

Family run hotel with excellent family members in the staff making for a very friendly establishment in a very nice Mediterranean town square. The building is a former bank with very nice fittings eg a lift for 2 floors

Excellent location, situated in Old Town Pallenca. Close to a number of good beaches. Friendly staff. Clean modern rooms. Good food. Car essential if wanting to visit locations in the north of the island. Parking close to the hotel can be difficult, but not a problem for able bodied people. Lots of good quality restaurants very close to hotel. We will definitely be returning.

Tea and coffee facilities in the rooms would be an advantage.
